Instructions

  • Combine wet ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sour cream until smooth and well combined, about 1 minute.
  • Add melted butter: Stir in the melted butter and mix until the wet ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning if using.
